6) RETURN & EXCHANGE
While we are certain you'll love what you've bought, it is understandable that you might experience second thoughts. To return an item for a refund or an exchange, you will need to follow the guidelines outlined below:
(a) Alert the Company of your intention by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
(b) Ensure return is invoked within 7 days from date of purchase. Goods are not returnable after expiry of this grace period.
(c) Return Note should include the following details:
- Invoice Number and date
- Contact details : phone & email
- Reason for returning
(d) The returning item has to be unused and be exactly in the same condition as it was at the moment of purchase. It is most recommended that the item is returned in the original package. Cost of postage or transportation for return of goods is at customer’s expense.
We will gladly provide you with a refund once your return is approved. Upon receipt of your return item we shall inspect it. You will receive a notification email for returning the item regardless of whether it is or isn’t approved for a refund. When approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days from date of receipt of return goods.
We will happily exchange your item if it is damaged or defective. For that, all you need to do is send us an email to email@example.com with some photos of the damage in your item/s. Our customer service representative will then contact you within one business working day.
